The grill plate fits perfectly with Espegard's clean burning fire pits, and can be used directly over any open fire.
The ribbed side gives those beautiful grill stripes on meat, fish, sausages and vegetables. You can also turn the grill plate over and you use the smooth frying surface for minced meat, eggs, vegetables etc.
Cast iron provides great heat distribution and ages with dignity!
